Center of Mass - The Center of Mass is the single point where all mass of a single object is concentrated.

Center of Gravity - The Center of Gravity is the single point where all gravity will be applied. (Note: The major difference between the two is that Center of Mass is a mass while the Center of Gravity is a force.)
