Blog MCAT Prep Directory

As I start this blog on September 1, 2007, I'm just beginning my senior year as a pre-medical biology student. My goal is to become a medical doctor soon after. From the books and testimonials I've read, there are many tricks of the trade, do's and don'ts, and general info you don't get anywhere except from the source. I don't know everything yet, but I plan to live it. And maybe one day I'll be one of those sources. This is my journey to Medical School. My name is Jonathan. The MCAT Prep section is under construction. All important definitions and equations needed for the MCAT will be found here. Think of the information found here as flash cards used to study. Information in this section will be added as I do my own MCAT prep. What is the average MCAT score and GPA for each Medical School? How many words/pages do they require for their Personal Statement? Do they have a secondary application? Do they prefer students to take complimentary science classes over others for incoming students? The answers to these questions I'm gathering from a number of different sources including the book Medical College Admission Requirements, school websites, and through personal email. All information found here is strictly for my own personal catalog. This directory may contain outdated information.
